I am Shivam. Dholera is personal to me, but this platform is not here to sell a shortcut. It is here to explain the place, check the evidence and help people make better-informed decisions.

Understand first. Decide with context.
This platform started with a person, not a property pitch.
I started working at sixteen. Since then, I have worked across banking, government contracting, safety management and operations for US companies. A large part of my work has been helping people understand systems, act safely and move forward—not simply telling them what to do.
My connection to Dholera is also personal. My father worked as a Dholera channel partner around 2008–09. After he passed away in 2017, Dholera remained connected to a path he believed in. I am not here to borrow his story or promise an outcome. I am here to continue that connection by doing the work properly: explain, verify and guide.
I saw an information gap. Too many people are asked to decide before they understand the place. SAM exists to close that gap. If this platform helps even a few people make a clearer decision, I will feel blessed.
